For steel components, heat treatment at 190 to 210°C for 4 hours! Introduction to baking treatment (hydrogen embrittlement removal process).
We would like to introduce the "Baking Process (Hydrogen Embrittlement Removal Process)" conducted by OSKAI.
During the plating process, hydrogen embrittlement occurs due to the co-precipitation of hydrogen during processes such as acid pickling and electrolytic cleaning in an alkaline zinc plating bath.
As a removal method, we release the absorbed hydrogen by applying heat treatment. For steel components, we perform a baking process at a uniform temperature of 190 to 210°C for 4 hours.
[Features]
- The absorbed hydrogen is released through heat treatment as a removal method.
- For steel components, a baking process at a uniform temperature of 190 to 210°C for 4 hours is conducted.
